What a Warranty Says About a Luxury RV

When you’re considering a new DRV Luxury Suite, your attention is likely focused on the things you can see and feel—the residential kitchen, the spacious living area, the premium furnishings, and the freedom that comes with having a true home on the road.

It’s easy to overlook the warranty.

But for experienced RV owners, a warranty is one of the clearest indicators of how much confidence a manufacturer has in the product they build.

At DRV Luxury Suites, we believe a warranty should be more than a document. It should be a reflection of the craftsmanship, engineering, and commitment behind every RV we build.

More Than Coverage—It’s Confidence

A warranty does more than provide support should an issue arise. It demonstrates the manufacturer’s belief in the quality of its construction and the durability of its products.

That’s why every eligible DRV Luxury Suite is backed by a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty and a 3-year structural warranty.*

From the day you take delivery, your DRV is protected against defects in materials and workmanship, providing peace of mind as you begin your journey.

For those who travel extensively, spend months on the road, or embrace full-time RV living, that additional coverage offers confidence that extends far beyond the first camping season.

Built to Earn It

Offering one of the industry’s strongest warranty programs isn’t something a manufacturer simply decides to do. It has to be earned through design, engineering, and construction.

Every DRV Luxury Suite is built with the understanding that many owners aren’t just taking weekend trips—they’re living on the road.

That mindset drives everything we do. From our residential-inspired craftsmanship to our Fortis Structural Construction, DRV RVs are engineered as complete systems designed to withstand the demands of long-term travel and full-time use.

Every component, assembly, and process is carefully considered to deliver the durability, comfort, and reliability luxury owners expect. Because true luxury isn’t measured by the number of features included in an RV. It’s measured by how well that RV performs year after year.

The Value of Long-Term Support

A strong warranty doesn’t just benefit owners—it also helps us build better products.

By supporting our customers over a longer ownership period, we gain valuable insights into how our RVs perform in real-world conditions. That feedback helps our engineering and product teams continually refine designs, improve construction methods, and enhance future DRV models. It’s one of the many ways we remain committed to delivering luxury that lasts.

Service When You Need It

Should you ever need warranty service, DRV’s dealer and service network is ready to help.

If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship covered under warranty:

• Contact an authorized DRV dealer as soon as possible.

• Notify the dealer within the applicable warranty coverage period.

• Schedule a service appointment for inspection and repair.

• Follow the maintenance guidelines outlined in your Owner’s Manual to maintain warranty eligibility.

Your owner’s documentation contains complete details regarding coverage, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and warranty procedures.

Luxury That Endures

At DRV Luxury Suites, we believe ownership confidence should be part of the luxury experience. That’s why our warranty program is designed to support the way our owners travel—whether you’re taking extended adventures, chasing new horizons, or embracing life on the road full-time. Because when an RV is engineered to last, the warranty should reflect it.

That’s the DRV difference: enduring luxury, backed by the confidence to enjoy every mile ahead.
